If you say that you plan on driving 1000 keyword targeted leads from per month from PPC and they phone you up and it's clear that you've never even used PPC it will start to raise flags about other areas. Whilst you may think that stationg you can do everything will help your case it may actually hurt it. As CPA networks usually give you your own rep/manager you can often get extra support in the areas where you are lacking, even if it's just a prod in the right direction. After all your success is where they will be making their money.

Create custom alerts on your phone for affiliate sales – if you use GMail, go to your settings and create a filter so all emails with “SiteGround Affiliate Sale Generated” in the subject line go into their own folder (tweak the subject line to match whatever email notification your affiliate sends you). Then setup a custom alert on your phone using the GMail app so anytime you generate a sale, you get a custom alert (here’s a tutorial for Android and here’s one for Apple). I have different notifications for SiteGround, StudioPress Themes, etc. Makes your day better :)

A great summary of affiliate options. One thing to highlight though is how important it is to be very clear about the individual program rules. In particular, some programs do not allow you to use your affiliate link yourself – Amazon is a high profile example of this. But other programs, such as booking.com do let you, so you can use your own affiliate links to get a small discount on your booking via the affiliate payment

These are such great tips – especially the part about starting RIGHT AWAY. It’s so easy to incorporate affiliate links so you can always start small at first and grow as your site does. For bonuses, I suggest checking with the company you’re promoting first to confirm they allow this.
